The Launch Lab — Get Your AI Wholesaling Business Set Up With Eva
A 4-Day Virtual Cohort · Hosted By Eva + Team

The Launch Lab.

We teach you to run the business — then we hand you Opal and let her run it for you.

If you've spent six months on YouTube and you're more confused than when you started — this is for you.

The Launch Lab is for the wholesaler who has consumed too much and built too little. We take you from drowning in tabs to actually operating a business — three evenings together, six weeks of follow-through, with Eva and her team in the room with you.

The Arc

One call. One prep window. Three evenings.

A short onboarding call kicks it off. A week or two later, the cohort meets for three consecutive evenings — Opal goes live Thursday night. Then six weeks of group checkins until your system is genuinely running.

Step 01
1
1:1 with Eva or team

The Onboarding Call.

The diagnostic call that kicks off your pre-work. We learn where you are, what you've tried, and what's actually missing. By the time we hang up, you have a custom prep plan and a clear path to your cohort week.

1–2 Week Pre-Work Window

Setup happens while you sleep.

You complete our On-Market Strategy Crash Course at your own pace. Our team handles your A2P registration and Wholetek configuration white-glove. You arrive at your cohort week ready to operate — not figuring out which button does what.

Tuesday
2
Evening · Group cohort session

Night One.

The cohort opens. We verify your setup is wired correctly, walk through what's in front of us, and start running practice comps and negotiations together. You leave Tuesday night with the whole system mapped — and the fifteen of you already starting to compare notes.

Wednesday
3
Evening · Group cohort session

Night Two.

We start adding real properties to your system. We send live offers. We watch the first replies come in together. By the end of Wednesday night, you've operated your business in real-time, manually, with a room watching your back.

Thursday
4
Evening · The Opal Activation

We turn on Opal.

Now you've done the work by hand. You've felt every bottleneck. You know exactly what's involved. Then we activate Opal — and she takes over the supervision, the replies, the follow-ups, the work. The contrast hits the second she's live. You walk away with a business that runs without you, and Opal stays on for the next 30 days.

The Next 6 Weeks · Group Checkins

You don't graduate Thursday. You graduate 6 weeks later.

Three group checkin calls with your cohort, every two weeks after Opal goes live. We troubleshoot what's broken, tune what's underperforming, and keep you accountable until your system is genuinely running. The Lab doesn't end when Thursday ends — it ends when you're operating without us.

Everything Included

What's in The Lab.

Every piece earns its place. No filler, no fluff, no upsells inside the program.

01

30 days of Opal included.

The headline. After Thursday night's activation, Opal stays on for 30 days — fully active inside your Wholetek instance. You don't pay extra to keep her during that month. After 30 days, you decide if you want to keep her. Most do.

02

1:1 Onboarding call with Eva or team

A real diagnostic that kicks off your pre-work. Not a sales call. We learn your business, your stage, your blockers, and design your cohort journey before it starts.

03

3-evening cohort intensive

Three consecutive evenings — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — with Eva, your cohort, and the full team. Live working sessions across all three. Recorded for review.

04

3 group checkin calls · the next 6 weeks

Every two weeks after Opal goes live, the whole cohort meets again to troubleshoot, tune, and stay accountable. The Lab doesn't end Thursday — it ends 6 weeks later, when your system is genuinely running without us.

05

White-glove A2P + Wholetek setup

Our team handles A2P registration and configures your full Wholetek instance — Tekii training, Leadsfeed filters, pipeline structure — so you arrive at Tuesday night with a working system.

06

The On-Market Strategy Crash Course

Free access to the foundational course you'll work through during your 1–2 week pre-work window. Yours to revisit forever.

07

Skool support · first-deal assistance

From Skool community support to direct first-deal assistance — Lab graduates get more than a channel. They get hands-on help getting their first deal across the finish line, plus lifetime access to the alumni room to share wins and compare notes.

Is This You

Who this is built for.

For You

This is built for the ones who —

  • Have consumed every wholesaling video on YouTube and feel less ready, not more.
  • Want a guided setup with someone watching their back, not another self-paced course.
  • Are ready to commit four working sessions over four weeks to actually launching.
  • Want to experience how the business runs manually before letting Opal take over.
  • Are willing to maintain an active Wholetek plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency).
Not For You

You'll want to skip this if —

  • You're looking for a done-for-you service. The Lab teaches you to operate, not run it for you.
  • You're not willing to run Wholetek. The whole curriculum lives inside the platform.
  • You've never wholesaled and need real estate fundamentals first — start with the Hands-Off Deal Method.
  • You're already operating an AI wholesaling business at volume — the Lab will be too foundational for where you are.
Eva Sazo
Your Host

Hi, I'm Eva Sazo

Founder, Wholetek · Baddiepreneur

I started exactly where you are — overwhelmed by the noise, drowning in YouTube tabs, watching everyone else's highlights while my own business sat still.

So I picked one lane, locked in, and learned to operate. Hundreds of properties later, I built Wholetek — the AI operating system I wished I'd had on day one. Tekii to handle acquisitions. Leadsfeed to filter the data. Opal to supervise the whole machine.

The Launch Lab is the program I'd hand to my younger self. It's how I take someone with no clear path and walk them through to operator status — Onboarding call, white-glove setup, three evenings of practice together, and Opal goes live Thursday night. By the end of that week, you're not watching content anymore. You're running a business.

I lead the cohort evenings personally. My team handles the technical lift behind the scenes. You show up, do the work with us, and walk away with a system that runs.

If you're ready to stop searching and start operating, this is where it starts.

How To Apply

The Lab is application-only.

Cohorts cap at 15 seats. We protect them. The application takes 90 seconds, and you'll know if it's a fit by the end.

Step 01 · Take The Readiness Check

90 seconds. Honest answers.

Five questions about where you are, what's been blocking you, and what you're ready to invest. The check tells you — and us — whether the Lab is the right next move right now.

Start The Application →

If qualified, you'll be invited to enroll on the spot. If the Lab isn't the right fit right now, we'll point you to the smarter path forward. Either way, you'll know in 90 seconds.

One Rule

You need Wholetek to run any of this.

Everything taught inside The Launch Lab runs on the Wholetek platform — Tekii, Leadsfeed, and (Thursday night) Opal. You'll need an active subscription to participate. Most Lab members run Pro.

Starter
$197/mo
Solo wholesaler · One market.
Pro
$297/mo
Most chosen. Multi-market, advanced Tekii, priority queue.
Agency
$397/mo
Multi-operator team, white-label, deeper reporting.
The Fine Print

Questions.

When does my cohort start?
Cohorts run randomly with 15 seats each — there's no set weekly schedule. After you're approved through the application, you'll book your Onboarding call with Eva or her team. Once that's done and your 1–2 week pre-work is complete, you'll join the next available cohort (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings together). If a cohort is full, you join the next one when it opens.
What's "Opal" and why does she only activate Thursday night?
Opal is Wholetek's AI operations manager — she supervises Tekii, triages replies, handles follow-up sequences, and runs the work that would otherwise eat your day. We turn her on Thursday night on purpose. Tuesday and Wednesday, you operate the business manually so you understand exactly what's happening under the hood. Then we activate Opal Thursday night — and the contrast hits. You don't appreciate the machine until you've been the machine.
Do I need an active Wholetek subscription?
Yes. The Launch Lab is the setup-and-launch program for Wholetek operators. Everything we build runs on the platform. You'll need an active plan (Starter $197/mo, Pro $297/mo, or Agency $397/mo) for the Lab to make sense. Most Lab members run Pro.
What happens after the 30 days of Opal end?
You decide whether to keep her. Most Lab graduates do — once you've spent a month watching Opal handle the work you used to do manually, going back to manual feels unworkable. If you choose to continue, Opal is available as an add-on to any Wholetek plan. If you choose not to, your Wholetek instance keeps running with Tekii and Leadsfeed as normal.
How big are the cohorts?
15 people per cohort, three evenings together (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at either 6PM or 8PM EST depending on the group. Small enough that Eva knows your name and your business by Tuesday night. Big enough that you have real peers comparing setups and trading wins across the week.
How is this different from The Machine in Miami?
Different products, designed to sit in order. The Launch Lab (virtual, 15-seat cohorts, application-only) is where you build the machine — Onboarding, white-glove setup, three evenings of practice, and Opal activation Thursday night. The Machine (in-person Miami, 15 seats) is where you scale what you built — multi-market expansion, hiring, cash buyer pipelines, dispo systems at volume, financials, and brand. The Lab is starting. The Machine is scaling. They sit in that order.
What's the refund policy?
All purchases are final. No refunds. The team begins white-glove setup work — A2P registration, Wholetek configuration, your custom prep plan — immediately after checkout. Once that work starts, the labor is incurred. If you're not ready to commit three evenings (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) plus the pre-work window, don't buy in yet. When you're ready, we'll be here.
What does the Lab cost?
The investment is revealed inside the application. We do this on purpose. The Launch Lab is selective — cohorts cap at 15 — and we want to make sure the program is the right fit for you before talking numbers. Take the 90-second readiness check. If you're a fit, you'll see the full investment (one-time payment or a payment plan option) and be able to enroll on the spot. If you're not a fit yet, we'll point you to a smarter path.
Who actually teaches the cohort evenings?
Eva leads the three cohort evenings personally, with her team supporting individual setups, A2P work, and one-on-one questions. Onboarding calls may be conducted by Eva or by a trained member of her team — both follow the same diagnostic structure.

Done watching.
Ready to operate.

Stop adding tabs. Stop watching another video. Buy The Launch Lab, book your Onboarding call, and start building.
